Backup Agreement

Hosting and Reseller Services

1: In our Hosting and Reseller services, we perform automatic server backups every seven days. However, these backups are taken for potential system failures. Customers are obliged to take their own backups; our company may share backups with customers at its discretion based on goodwill.

 

2: In Hosting and Reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for their backup in cases of problems arising from hardware or software. Our company is never liable.

 

3: Backups are applicable only for sites that do not exceed 5 GB. Sites over 5 GB are not covered by the backup policy, and our company cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise in these sites. It is the customer's responsibility to take their own backups.

 

 

Virtual Server Services

1: Weekly server backups are not performed in our VPS and VDS services. If the customer has not purchased a paid backup service, our company will not accept any responsibility.

 

Dedicated Server Services

1: No backups, either paid or free, are taken for leased or hosted dedicated servers.

 

2: All backup responsibilities lie with the user who leases or hosts the server; our company will not accept responsibility in any potential situation.

 

Accounts that are over 7 days past the payment deadline will be deleted from the servers. Therefore, for accounts that are past due and deleted, including the backups taken, customers cannot request backups at the end of the service period. Our company cannot be held liable for any grievances resulting from this reason.
