1 ) Hosting and Reseller Usage Terms
1.1 ) The email sending limit is up to 100 emails per hour. sunucun.com.tr may change the hourly sending limits.
1.2 ) Backups taken by the customer are hosted on the server for a period of 15 days and can then be automatically removed by the system.
1.3 ) Packages cannot be used for purposes that are contrary to the concept of web hosting, such as file sharing, data storage, download centers, or backup areas.
1.4 ) Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam email sending. sunucun.com.tr may impose restrictions on hourly sendings if deemed necessary.
1.5 ) The customer is responsible for backing up their data. Our company cannot be held responsible for potential data losses.
1.6 ) The goodwill quota for backups is 5 GB. There is no backup guarantee for data exceeding 5 GB.
1.7 ) There is no 100% transfer guarantee for the free site migration service.
1.8 ) Unlimited features are based on the principle of fair use. The purpose here is for our customers to use their packages within the framework of goodwill without hitting any limits. There is a CPU limit application in packages based on this principle. The goodwill monthly traffic usage checkpoint is 50GB. The goodwill disk usage checkpoint is 10GB.
1.9 ) Unless otherwise stated in our packages, the CPU usage limit is up to 100% of one processor core. This rate can go up to 400% in certain packages.
1.10 ) Unless otherwise stated in our hosting packages, the file count limit (inode limit) is 200,000.
1.11 ) In all hosting packages, park/alias domains can only be used for mirror broadcasting of the existing website. Sunucun can suspend related services without notice for uses other than website broadcasting (such as mail).
1.12 ) Addon/Alias/Park domain names used in hosting services can be utilized if registered as a domain service in the user account. The proof of the right to use the domain name is the responsibility of the user if it belongs to someone else or is registered under a different company. Sunucun can stop the publication of these additional domain names or remove them from the hosting service if deemed necessary.
1.13 ) In our shared hosting infrastructure, no additional functions can be provided other than the PHP functions provided over the control panel. Our users wishing to install third-party modules on standard applications (such as WordPress, Opencart, etc.) need to check these functions before installing their applications.
1.14 ) Our users serviced by our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.
1.15 ) The use of the PHP functions exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open is not permitted in our shared hosting infrastructures.
1.16 ) sunucun.com.tr can monitor resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) at regular intervals and may request the customer to reduce their resources. The system can automatically limit, stop, redirect to a special page, or restrict if package limits or fair use principles are exceeded.
1.17 ) sunucun.com.tr, irrespective of resource usages or server performance criteria, may change IP, server, and infrastructure for active packages without notifying the user if deemed necessary.
1.18 ) The use of campaigns, promotions, discounts, free additional time, etc., benefits are, unless otherwise stated, specific to the company and individual. If the use of the benefit provided from accounts created under different names, email, or phone records is detected to be outside the set rules, Sunucun can suspend the relevant account and service without notice and may demand payment of the difference resulting from the benefit.
1.19 ) Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts under different or similar names or information, Sunucun can suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. Access to accounts can be closed.
1.20 ) Sunucun reserves the right to terminate the service and issue a refund at any time without reason.
1.21 ) sunucun.com.tr reserves the right to make changes in the hosting packages and the articles affecting these packages and all other elements.
2 ) Domains Not Allowed for Registration/Transfer
Domains that do not comply with the items listed below are not allowed to be registered, transferred, or hosted on our servers. Domains found not complying with these rules can be deleted without prior warning.
2.1 ) Domains not compliant with Law No. 5651 on regulating publications on the internet and combating crimes committed through these publications.
2.2 ) Commercial bank names (e.g., garantisube, ypkrdsube, akbanksube).
2.3 ) Names of credit card/payment point sites (e.g., kartode, faturaode).
2.4 ) Names referencing various online games (e.g., Metin2, mt2).
3 ) Not Allowed
Sites/content listed below are not allowed to be hosted on our servers.
3.1 ) Content not compliant with Law No. 5651 on regulating publications on the internet and combating crimes committed through these publications.

3.4 ) IRCD (IRC Servers)
3.5 ) Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
3.6 ) Phishing or content that could lead to phishing
3.7 ) Image Scripts (such as Photobucket or Tinypic)
3.8 ) Auto Surf/PTC/PTS/PPC Sites
3.9 ) IP Scanners
3.10 ) Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
3.11 ) Email Bombers/Spam Scripts
3.12 ) Banner Exchange Networks (Commercial banner exchange sites)
3.13 ) File Upload/Mirror Scripts (such as Rapidshare, Hotfile)
3.14 ) Commercial Audio/Radio broadcasting sites
3.15 ) Seizure/Bank debt notes
3.16 ) High yield investment programs (HYIP) or related sites
3.17 ) Investment sites (FOREX, E-gold exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid schemes)
3.18 ) Sites for loading money onto cards
3.19 ) Sale of government-controlled substances without necessary permissions
3.20 ) High-interest banking programs
3.21 ) Lottery/Gambling Sites
3.22 ) MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
3.23 ) Hacker focused sites/archives/programs

3.27 ) Counterfeit Sites (including those listed on aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com but not limited to)

3.29 ) Click-to-mail software
3.30 ) Broadcasting live sports events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.)
3.31 ) Auto friend-to-friend mailing software
3.32 ) Anonymous or bulk SMS sending applications
3.33 ) Sites related to Bitcoin Miners, Exchange, Trade
3.34 ) PayDay Loan sites (programs related to PayDay loans or loan partnerships)
3.35 ) Child pornography and other pornographies
All content potentially harmful to children and minors, including child pornography, is strictly forbidden. Any website containing child pornography or links will be immediately terminated without notice.
3.36 ) Running cron jobs with intervals shorter than 15 minutes on any web hosting or reseller account is prohibited.
4 ) Policies
4.1 ) Providing uninterrupted and high-standard services to all our users is our top priority. The rules and limits mentioned in the package details are determined within the scope of this priority. Accordingly, consumption of disk, traffic, CPU, and other resources at a level that negatively affects our main system and the users sharing this system is not permitted.
4.2 ) All our individual and corporate users have the right to a healthy email service. Our zero-tolerance policy against spam and all other measures are to ensure the continuity of this service.
4.3 ) We are aware that the data of our users, regardless of the service they have, can be valuable. However, we cannot know how valuable it is. We expect our users to inform us if this value exceeds the monthly cost of the hosting service. Therefore, we advise our users to regularly back up their sites to their computers, even if they purchase a backup service. We want all our users to know that the responsibility for taking backups is 100% their own, regardless of the service they have. In the event of data loss, even if no additional backup service has been purchased from us, we would be pleased to share with them the backups taken against system errors if available.
4.4 ) We would like to state that the packages and the resources, limits of the packages are always monitored based on the principle of fair use, and all transactions are carried out considering this principle.
4.5 ) Insulting/behaving rudely towards any of our employees will result in the suspension/termination of your account/service(s). In such a case, your membership will be terminated without any refund, and the contract will be terminated.
