Personal Data and General Confidentiality Agreement

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW NO. 6698 (“KKVK”) DISCLOSURE TEXT

At Sunucun Information Communication Technologies and Trade Ltd. Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Sunucun"),

we value the personal data and the privacy of the private lives of our esteemed customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Client").

 

Personal data obtained within the framework of respect for privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms are processed by our company under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KKVK"). Processing is defined in Article 3 of the KKVK as the recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying of personal data.

 

 

Collected Personal Data And Method of Collection

Your personal data such as your name, surname, company title if any, address, telephone numbers, email address, current account information if any, Turkish Republic Identification Number, access and traffic data, email correspondences, phone conversations with our call center, and communication and interaction operations with our social media accounts are recorded and used by Sunucun within the context allowed by legislation for the utilization of our services during site registration on the membership form.

 

We collect this to fulfill our legal obligations, for the performance of the sales contract between Sunucun and the Client, and for reasons provided by law through your verbal, physical, or electronic transmission to us.

 

 

Recording and Use of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by Sunucun for the following purposes within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KKVK:

 

  • Provision of products or services, planning before and after sales processes, planning and execution of technical support operation processes, ensuring communication continuity in the execution of services such as infrastructure or technical maintenance, repair, installation related to the provided service.
  • Keeping financial and accounting records.
  • Improving our service quality.
  • Confirming the identity of all individuals conducting or ordering transactions posing risk, obtaining their consent.
  • Providing information when requested by judicial and administrative authorities.
  • Periodic campaign works, sending newsletters and notifications if the consent text is marked.
  • Creating customer risk analysis, ensuring security audits.

 

 

To Whom and For What Purposes the Personal Data Will Be Transferred

Personal data is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is transferred to the servers of applications we use to carry out certain activities. These are as follows:

 

  • For the purposes of collecting payments and refunds in credit card payments, your name, surname, invoice number, amount, payment date are transferred to PayTR Payment and Electronic Money Institution Inc. Credit card details are never stored in our systems automatically or even upon your request.
  • For sending invoices to the customer by our finance department, invoice data is recorded with Paraşüt Software Technologies Inc. due to receiving registered email service.
  • For creating stamp duty declaration and approving invoices, customer name, surname, Turkish Republic Identification Number, tax office, country, city, tax number, and contract amount are transferred to our accounting firm.
  • In addition, personal data is shared with EGM (General Directorate of Security) and prosecutor's offices, courts due to our legal obligations.

 

 

Rights of the Personal Data Subject Under KKVK

Under Article 11 of the KKVK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes:

 

  • To learn whether personal data is processed.
  • To request information if personal data has been processed.
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose.
  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
  • To request correction if personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately.
  • Applications to Sunucun in this context will be concluded within a maximum of 30 days.
